Around 9:30am I ordered mcgriddle egg and cheese meal, along with a sausage biscuit meal for someone else. After 10 min of eating I felt nauseous and tried to lie down. It's now 6:25pm and I've had diarrhea and had to vomit all day. I believe it was the mcgriddle because the other person that had the sausage biscuit hasn't felt sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
