I had a small bowl of lucky charms, within a few hours chills, diarrhea. Headache, nauseous. Rest of day ate nothing. Day 2 I ate Corn pops, same thing. I thought it was stomach flu. Ate nothing else. Husband had lucky charms as a late night snack, up all night vomiting, diarrhea, chills, headache. I rarely eat ceral so I thought it was the sugar for me. Hubby eats alot of cereal, he thought tummy bug. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
