I ordered a Create Your Own Mod pizza at 3pm. The toppings consisted of red sauce, mozzarella cheese, olives, mushrooms, spinach, artichokes, roasted red peppers, basil, oregano, chicken and bacon. I began having stomach pain around 7:30pm that night and it progressively got worse. Only symptoms were stomach pain and the occasional urge to vomit. I did vomit three separate times.
