Had a build your own mod with BBQ, marinara sauce, garlic, corn, tomatoes, pepperoni, and bacon. Also drank a half glass of their caramelized pear tea. I have ordered and eaten this exact same pizza and drink before from another MOD location without issue. This time about 20min after eating, severe abdominal cramps started, followed by sudden fever and severe diarrhea. Acute symptoms lasted 2.5 hrs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
