05/28/2024 ordered at 9:00pm I ate a personal build your own pizza, with regular crust, topped with tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, pineapple, mushrooms, olives, artichoke and dairy-free cheese. i became very ill within 3-4 hours, waking me up in my sleep. my boyfriend also ordered his own pizza and did NOT get sick. he used regular mozzarella cheese, and meats on his pizza. he also got pineapple. he did not get mushrooms or tomatoes or artichoke or olives. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
