I made a pizza with sausage, bell peppers, artichokes and cheese , garlic , basil . I never get meat on my pizza becasue i never trust meat at these pizza places that are cheap however this time i did. I have bad stomache cramps, massive gas and my bowel movement is horrible and i need to go to the bathroom constantly, my mom had one slice and has it even worse . It was either the sausage or the piece of artichoke that fell on the counter and put on my pizza . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps
