I ate at Mod Pizza January 14th 2018 at about 3pm. Also Mod Pizza is the only food I consumed this day. I had a regular crust 11inch with pepperoni, spicy sausage, and roasted mushrooms. I began feeling ill (nauseous, stomach churning) later that evening around 6pm. I went to bed around 10pm at this point I was shivering with chills. I woke up at midnight and started vomiting and having diarrhea. I had diarrhea off and on all night. The next day Monday the 15th I was exhausted and could only consume water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
