I ordered a build your own pizza with mozzarella cheese, red sauce, pepperoni, salami, sausage, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and black olive. After eating the pizza I only ate half my stomach started hurting and now I’ve been having diarrhea constantly back to back within the last 30 minutes I finished consuming the pizza about an hour ago. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
