I had Chicken Nachos with rice, beans, queso, sour cream, guacamole and jalapeños. That was around 5pm by 9pm my stomach was cramping with a churning feeling. I could barely sleep. Woke up in the middle of the night with diarrhea and vomiting. The next day the stomach pains were so bad I couldn’t get out of bed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
