On 22-Jan-2017, around 3:00-3:30pm, I went in Moes to purchase a bowl with extra chicken, with beans, lettuce and cheese for my son. Within 45 of him eating, he started complaining of stomachache and about an hour, he had diarrhea. Within 15 minutes, he started vomiting nonstop. He continued this pattern until around 1 am, he vomited a lot a around 10 times. He also had watery diarrhea, with severe stomach cramps. He continues to be weak this morning. I am very concerned and would like to find out if there were any reports. I am getting ready to call his doctor and waiting and see how he does. Seems that the worse is over, but highly concerned. I also want to mention that I noticed the staff was extremely rude from the person preparing his food, all the way to the cashier. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Cramps, Stomach Pain
