I had eaten a bacon cheeseburger with fries, along with a Dr. Pepper. After eating about half the burger I was over it. It didn’t taste well. A couple of hours after getting home from eating breakfast there, I began to have excruciating abdominal pain. That’s when I begun to have diarrhea and began vomiting at the same time. I felt weak and could not stand the stomach pain it caused me to cry, it went on through the night. Afterward I was weak for a couple of days. I knew it was the breakfast because it was all I had eaten that day. I was not sick prior to the incident. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
