8/15 1 shrimp & 1 grilled fish taco. Symptoms started 15 min later. Within 24 hours, I had thrown up more than 10x and could not leave the toilet. I couldn't keep water down and knew I had to get to the doctor. I was given 2 bags (2L) of IV fluid, antivomiting & antidiarrheal medication to keep from further dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
