Chicken Wings, Salad Illness - Nandos, England

On September 24th at 3pm I went there and ordered 5 chicken wings, salad and garlic bread. At about 8pm-9pm that evening I started getting a headache and a sick feeling in my stomach including cramps. Both made it really hard for me to sleep that night. The next day at about 4:30 am I woke up with nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. Vomiting and diarrhea stopped at ~10 am while the headache still lasted till the 26th. I assume something was wrong with the salad since I only vomited salad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
