Chicken, Garlic Bread Illness - Nandos, Lanham Maryland

Tonight, I ate a few wings, garlic bread, and a few bites of their tender bowl, and drank a pineapple lemonade. About 4-5 hours later I had really bad gas and stomach pain that gradually got worse. I had diarrhea after this and I'm still nauseous with upset stomach and headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Gas, Nausea
