I ordered the black garlic tonkatsu ramen via DoorDash delivery service. The delivery version comes with broth and ingredients separated. I want to mention that the meat was under the noodles and I did not check before adding the broth. Once the noodles softened enough to eat I took maybe 3-4 bites each time thinking “this tastes off” I’ve had the same ramen at other locations many times. I then looked through the noodles and found the meat which was discolored, rubbery, and had white spots which I’m assuming was mold. I reported it to DoorDash, sent Nara a message through the DoorDash platform and shared my experience in a Facebook group called Boise food finds, where this website was recommended. Via the comments section of my post, others have shared my experience and it seems this is not uncommon. Others not getting as sick as I did but feeling unwell. It seems they have a general lack of restaurant quality and food safety. Pics of the meat that was included in my ramen are attached. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
