Nature Valley Protein Bars, more than once, diarrhea extreme stomach cramps gas after eating peanut butter and dark chocolate bars. Within 1 hour cramps began and continued for 7 hours with diarrhea. It could also be a sensitivity to the ingredients, “high protein” stuff tends to mess with your stomach
