Sunday the 4th went in for late lunch left around 3oclock. Ate spinach salad that I was told would be half mixed greens because of a “national spinach shortage” salad came out and was all spinach. My boyfriend didn’t eat any of it. I started feeling nauseous at work around 6pm. By 8 o’clock I was violently vomiting, over 10 times and severely dehydrated so my entire body cramped and seized. Elevated heart rate and breathing ambulance had to be called and I spent a night at Coastal Carolina Hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Dehydration
