- comments: observed loose floor tiles near three compartment sink in kitchen, missing floor tiles in kitchen, stained ceiling tiles in first floor and lower level hallway and classroom areas, openings along baseboards and around pipe fittins in classroom and washroom areas. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: previous priortiy foundation violation not corrected (#38) from 7/11/22. Inspection #2560554 observed approximately 20 mice droppings scattered on floor along wall near furnace in basement west furnace room and behind equipment in east basement room, 15 rat droppings scattered on floor, along walls and corners and inside red wagons in east furnace room, and in cubbies in east basement room. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued
