Ordered noodlebox at 6:30pm (spicy peanut and crispy chicken with two spring rolls)Noticed the kitchen was very busy with alot of cross contamination going on example, the cook farthest on the back coubtless times was touching his forehead, his apron and clothes, thrn reaching into noodle bins, and fresh vegtable bins, during the 20 minute wait inside the establishment, i noticed no one washing hands or using clean dishes. I notoced another girl, grab a used rice bowl, and scoop rice into it i suppose for measuring purposes and stuffed it into the little take out box.
I have tried this location 3 times now, everytime leaving me feeling sick.
First two times were the ginger beef bowl and this time was the crispy chicken dish, while my friend had the spicy peanut dish.
I cannot go back to this establishment. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
