Stay from Saturday 14th to Sunday 22nd, from Tuesday 17th with symptoms of diarrhea, nausea, chills, stomach pain and headache in 7 adults all. All in different restaurants of the hotel, 3 suspected cases of undercooked chicken, 2 of meat, and 2 on a buffet for ceviche and salad. We cover our expenses for medicine, medical consultation, serums and food such as compotes, toast and jelly. My 65-year-old dad with no improvement is currently spending $500. Poor hygiene is suspected since one day the general water in the hotel went out for the most part. How did they disinfect everything and wash their hands before handling food? First club and lobby staff do not give importance to cases because they are not a relevant number. Poor room cleaning.
