Lemonade Linked to Illness - Ocean El Faro, Punta Cana La Altagracia

We stayed at from 5/15/2019 - 5/23/2019, my husband had a salad at the buffet and a worm crawled out of his salad, didn't get sick, 2 got sick and were there for 4 days, the common denominator was the lemon aid, they both sait it didn't taste right. I tasted it but I didn't drink a full glass my sister and brother drunk the lemon aid at the Japanese Restaurant and the both got the run for like 2 days. My husband and brother in law both were served drinks that didnt taste or smell like alcohol. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
