1pm Saturday 19th November. My boyfriend ate a meatball marinara footlong with lettuce and pepper. I understand it was busy but the work station was unkept. He has now been on IV fluids and anti sickness medication for 6 hours in hospital. He became ill within the hour of consuming this on an empty stomach. I hope this issue is picked up and sorted so no one else has to go through the pain and illness that he is going through. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
