Pasta Meal Triggers Illness - Olive Garden, Triadelphia West Virginia

I had dinner at the Olive Garden at 5pm Sunday evening (7/16/17). We shared salad, breadsticks, and fried mozzarella, but I ate the 5-cheese pasta & drank iced tea (my fiancée had salmon, broccoli & drank water). Close to 9:30 pm I became very dizzy, and then nauseous. Then I began having episodes of vomiting and dizziness that lasted until 3am 7/17/17. My fiancée didn't experience and adverse effects from the meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
