Ate breadsticks, chicken gnocchi soup, and pasta with Italian sausage. Began to feel intense stomach pain and cramping about an hour after eating (7:30pm). Went to bed and woke up at 2am the following morning. Had severe vomitting from 2am onward. Tmi but it was Italian sausage- very apparent that my stomach was not digesting the sausage well and that is what was coming back up | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
