Last night I had dinner at Olive Gardens. After that I started having diarrhea and severe lower abdominal pain. I had bread sticks with Alfredo sauce, Chicken & Gnocchi Soup, Chicken Alfredo, Peach smoothie and Strawberry smoothie. | Symptoms: Diarrhea

That’s a lot of really rich food and then 2 fruit smoothies? That’s just asking for diarrhea!
I think u got the poops from all that heavy food then huge fruit smoothies with whip cream. I think the food was fine
