I ate the salad, bread sticks and portabllo mushroom ravioli. I ate around 8pm and got nauseous and really sick by 11:30pm. I’m 19 weeks pregnant and it got so severe I had to go into the ER | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
