I ate salad and bread sticks with my family. Upon ordering the chicken parmesian, I asked for extra marinara sauce, the waiter, got very upset with me. He shrugged his shoulders, rolled his eyes and said yup. I waited 10 min without eating (medical reasons, I need extra gravy) and my husband went up to get some. They still got our waiter to bring it. I ate about 4 bites. Then my stomach started cramping. Within 5 min I was in severe abdominal pain. I had alot of pressure and cramping. I was starting to crying in pain in the restaurant, i had to excuse myself. My husband paid the bill, as i lay in the car. I was in severe pain, I felt so much abdominal pressure that my kidneys were spasming, i was dizzy, nauseous, I felt like I was going to pass out. I became extremely diaphoretic. As soon as I stood up to get out of the car, I projectile vomited 3x. I continued to vomit until my stomach was empty. I then had diarrhea. The stomach pains lasted the night. But I felt completely fine the next day. No one else got sick, including my babies that ate the salad and bread. I'm just so thankful I got sick so quickly that they didn't have a chance to eat any of mine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dizziness

That sounds horrible I’m so sorry u had to go thru that.
