Cheesy Soup Illness Suspected - Olive Garden, Secaucus New Jersey

My partner and I went to Olive Garden Wednesday night (6pm). We had soup (I added cheese on top) and thought it had tasted off but thought maybe I wasn't in the mood for the soup like I thought. We had salad (cheese on top) that both my partner and I had shared. Then we both had pasta that we did not add additional cheese to. I went home that night feeling so incredibly tired and I had one glass of wine with my meal that you'd think I had like 3; I was just that exhausted. The next day I had no appetite, belly was bubbly and was in and out of sleep due to nausea. At 4 pm (Thursday) I had diarrhea and immediately after vomitted, I went back to sleep woke up 2 hrs later and the same thing repeated. This cycle went on for the next 12 hrs. I could not keep the tiniest sip of water down and any movement immediately triggered me to throw up again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
