happened 4/17/2022. Ordered soup and salad. it came with ranch dressing and water with lemon to drink and bread sticks. had zoopa and then chicken nokie soup.
within 10-15 minutes had stomach cramps and nausea. I felt very bad, paid bill, and told waitress I was sick and left. They offered no condolence. within 30 minutes violent vomiting and still having dry heaves 6 hours later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
