Ate Thursday night, Nov. 10, 2016. Had my usual, Salmon extra herb butter, Salad, at a little of the cheese Ravioli with Meat Sauce (only three bites); ate all the salmon and salad at 6pm-6:30pm. By 2:40am, started to feel really sick, stomach was extremely bloated, although I hadn't eaten anything else or since the Salmon. Very nauseous, and I knew it was coming. 4:06am ran to the bathroom with severe diarrhea and before I could finish, I started to violently, projectile vomiting - I don't mean to be graphic, but this was something out of a horror movie! My husband said it was all over the floor, the walls, my legs, my feet, that I looked like T-Rex on steroids throwing up; that it came out like a tidal wave. The pain in my stomach was SO intense - this went on 10+ times before I couldn't take anymore retching and called 911. I could tell my heart was in Tachy and knew I was severely dehydrated.My little nephew took just one bite of the Salmon earlier that evening when we ate, and he too, had a tummy ache later, but didn't vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
