I had the pick your own tour of Italy, lasagna, ravioli and fettuccine Alfredo, less than an hour later began to have a headache and stomach ache, 3 hours post meal on the 2.5 hour ride home I was nauseated, pulled over and started vomiting roadside, got back in to continue home and had the diarrhea pains, pooping 3 times on the side of the taconic state parkway was very memorable. when I got home and had more vomiting and diarrhea I saw RAW sausage and ground beef in the lasagna.
