I went to Origen for dinner on Feb 6. Between me and my friend, we had the duck enchiladas as well as the soft shelled crab risotto and the pork loin with mushrooms. I also ate the yellow salsa that was on the table. About 5 hours after the meal, I started to have stomach cramps so bad they woke me up from a dead sleep. I ran for the toilet thinking I was going to throw up. I ended up having diarrhea instead and stomach cramps for two days. A huge disappointment given this is supposed to be a high end restaurant. I paid a hefty price tag to be poisoned. I have never gotten sick anywhere else in Mexico, and I've been here for months at a time and regularly eat street food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
