Cheeseburger and sautaied mushrooms. Ordered cheeseburger medium don friend ordered same well done. He was nauseated all night and I went from nausea to violent vomiting diarrhea etc. I also had side order oh mushrooms sautaied . My meat was like raw falling apart toward the middle third and cool and pinky almost red in the half. Got sick 3-4 hours after that. Called my doctor and he told it was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
