Steak Meal Illness Suspected - Outback Steakhouse, Fairfax Virginia

My husband and I ordered two meals on September/29/2020 in the evening. I got a steak, sweet potato, fries and a house salad. He got coconut shrimp, a burger and fries. The next morning I felt off all day and kept having what felt like hot flashes. I started having diarrhea in the evening that progressed to urgent, watery diarrhea, gastrointestinal cramping, nausea and lethargy, a pounding headache and dizziness. It's now 9:00am on October/4/2020 and I'm still having gastrointestinal problems (bloated, gassiness, cramping and loose stools with some mucus while wiping). I never felt overly nauseous nor did I vomit. My husband (he ordered an entirely different meal) never developed any symptoms and was perfectly healthy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Headache, Bloating, Dizziness, Gas, Mucus in Stools
