My family went to Outback at the Pinnacle in TN yesterday (Sunday April1 Easter) around 4:00 pm. I ordered filet with baked potatoe, broccoli and a scuer of grilled shrimp. The shrimp came seperate in a plate it was burnt in places and tough not like it usually is. But I ate it anyways and when I got home around 5:30 6:00 I was violently sick. I know it wasn't the steak or broccoli cause I brought some home for my son. I had to miss work today cause I was still sick when I got up and I have a bad headache | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
