Outback Steakhouse
Hadn't eaten anything all day and went to outback for dinner. Ate bread, house salad, new York steak, and baked potato. Went home and slept and woke up after 3 hours with severe stomach pain and diahrrea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
