I ate at PF Chang's in Troy. I ordered the Buddha's Feast which is a vegetarian dish. I didn't realize that food poisoning could result from vegetables. I thought food poisoning came only from undercooked meat products. I felt fine up until after eating this. Within 2 hours I had a weird feeling in my stomach. At first I thought that it was just gas. I went to bed early. I woke up to sharp pains in my stomach as well as nausea and diarrhea. I also had a fever of 100.5. I could not eat at all the next day or do anything other than sleep, when not running to the toilet to go diarrhea. The pains in my stomach was so bad, nausea, no desire to eat or drink anything, and I felt so lousy. My fever went up to 101. I went to urgent care. I love PF Chang's but i don't think that I will be back there anytime soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas
