Had MuscleMilk in the morning, from same batch as others I drank every morning this week - ate nothin else that day but was starving around six pm so ordered two sushi dishes from here, spicy salmon and spicy tuna. Some of the fish was chewy in a not good sushi way, went to sleep at midnight, woke up with explosive diarrhea at four am, then eight am, then twice during the day, no appetite, drank electrolytes, took Imodium, pastMidnight the day after diarrhea is clear water, like I am ready for a colonoscopy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Loss of Appetite
