Paella Bar Boqueria. During our trip in Barcelona, Thursday at 2:40 pm, we had paella at this restaurant. My husband ordered a squid ink paella that turns out seafood poisoning. He had to vomit couple times 12-15hrs and I’m afraid that he would be dehydrated and get worst. The food was good in flavour but it could be the squid is not cooked properly, kitchen aren’t clean or the cook had not maintained the hygiene standards. Hopefully they will improve and be able to maintain food standards.. We had a squid ink paella served to us. My husband still currently sick and had his diarrhea after the all night vomit. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea
