Panda Express
Ate fried rice, orange chicken, sweet fire chicken and spring roll. Boyfriend ate everything same except orange chicken and he is fine. I ate nothing else yesterday 6/20. That evening I had chills and a fever for hours. Today I still have a fever and feel nauseous with diarrhea. Clearly orange chicken issue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills
