Had a bowl of chow mein and orange chicken. The chow mein tasted very off and the food was soaked in grease, I presume to mask the undercooked taste of it. About 24 hours later I came down with the worst diarrhea, vomiting, and chills as well as a rising temperature. Bed-ridden ever since. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
