My volleyball team and I ate at Panda Express after a game. It was around 6:30-7:00. I had honey walnut shrimp that has just been made. I was the first one to get the shrimp from the new batch. I also got fried rice with it and two spring rolls, I later ordered a medium to go container of the noodles, which I ate later that night. I didn't feel bad that night but when I woke up I had horrible cramps. I started my period that night as well and will blame the cramps on that, however, I've never had diarrhea from it. I also had severe cold sweats and my hands and feet were tingling, which I've never experienced while on my period, the only conclusion I can draw was that it was something I ate, and Panda Express was the only thing I ate that I don't usually have. I'm feeling better right now and it's been about 4 hours since I woke up with the initial symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
