Shrimp, Beef, Chicken Illness - Panda Express, Wasilla Alaska

Ate Panda’s Express around 8pm, broccoli beef, honey walnut shrimp and honey chicken. Within the hour of eating it I noticed my stomach feeling upset. I had to drop someone off at an airport that was 2 hrs round trip drive and by the time I made it home I was vomiting and watery diarrhea. The whole drive I was trying not to throw up. Up all night going in and out of bathroom with severe nausea, stomach cramps, vomiting & diarrhea. It’s 6am and I feel a little better after that last throw up.
