Ate lunch of Mushroom Chicken on steamed rice on Mar 16. Later, I felt bloated w/ gas, little stomach pain. By evening I was worse with nausea, extreme diarrhea all night. Next day I was dehydrated and too weak to drive so a friend brought me some Gatorade. It was probably the sickest I've ever been without seeing a doctor. That was 6 days ago and I'm just now feeling somewhat back to normal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Dehydration, Weakness, Bloating, Stomach Pain
