Soldier's Severe Food Poisoning - Panda Express, Fort Bragg North Carolina

Had a bowl of honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. Thirty minutes later experienced horrible nausea, stomach pain/cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea that lasted for three days after. Could barely walk. Sick call put me in quarters. this place took a Soldier out!
