Ordered Fried Rice and Orange Chicken the evening of March 9, 2023. After 3 hours of ingesting it, I felt the need to go to the bathroom. At first, I cant control farting. Then when I get home, I released the beast. Did it like 7 times. I cant sleep. In the morning, I started to feel feverish with headache. Then until now, my muscle and joints ache and still have fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Joint Pain, Muscle Pain
