I ordered honey walnut shrimp with both rice and low mein , about 2 hours later i felt bloated and nauseated, at night i vomited before sleeping with chills im not sure what part trigered it , this morning i woke up with diarrhea hope i get better :-( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills
