I had a bowl, with white rice and teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki sauce. I've had this many times before, but this time the chicken didn't taste normal. The rice was also a bit strange tasting but that could've been slightly undercooked. I ate this at 11:09am, and I got the sour stomach at 12pm, and started to throw up and got the fever at 1 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
