Orange Chicken Illness: Symptoms - Panda Express, Tempe Arizona

I ate at 7pm. I had a bowl of fried rice and fresh orange chicken from Panda Express in Tempe. About 10:30, 3 and a half hours later, give or take, I got horrible stomach cramps, vomiting, nausea and then diarrhea. I know it had to be the food because I hadn't eaten anything after and before was only breakfast at 6am. The only thing I drank was water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
