I ordered a plate with broccoli Beef, honey walnut shrimp, and chow mein. I started eating my food around 9:50 pm and at around 11:30 my stomach started hurting so bad and I had diarrhea and then 15 minutes later I vomited my dinner almost falling over from how bad I was puking! I feel nauseous as I try to lay down and rest but the feeling of throwing up still lingers, if it continues this bad I'll go to the emergency room. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
